 Who am I?  
I have been fortunate to have the opportunity and ability to reshape my career to work within and alongside learning organizations. My extensive experience spans business and website structural and market analysis, professional development design and presentation, and successfully designing and managing two small businesses. My belief in the importance of continuous learning to foster growth is rooted in my career, which includes teaching, administrating,  and serving children and families in diverse environments from Pre-Kindergarten through High School, and working with adults as part of my role as an administrator in  district leadership.  Additionally, my career arc includes the creation and management of two thriving small businesses.

"Technophile" aptly describes me, as I have a constant fascination with learning new ways to collaborate, communicate, and tell stories through dynamic digital tools. I have honed skills in web design, audio and video production, and event planning while creating comprehensive marketing campaigns. My love for learning and desire to diversify my skills further led me to obtain a Master's Degree in Executive Leadership Studies and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

What does EmpirAlign mean?

Opportunities for growth can't come to fruition without analyzing the current state of any organization.  Gathering empirical evidence-based on, concerned with, or verifiable by observation or experience-is a critical step in creating solutions to transform a culture and an environment. Aligning that evidence with ideas, a vision, and collaborative synergy creates the foundation for success.  
The name EmpirAlign, inspired by Chris Thompson, reflects the marriage of alignment between empirical evidence, vision, and collaborative synergy. The segments of the EmpirAlign broken circle icon, designed by ​David Pollard, reflect the five senses used in empirical observation, with one segment sliding into place, or aligning, to create a whole.
